T&Y kids is an online resource for 9-11 year old
Island Life - an interactive geography website which examines the lives and experiences of the children of Rathlin Island and Hallig Oland in Germany. Island life is based on the programme "A day in School Abroad" and is an informative and engaging resource which will enable 9-11 year olds to compare two environments, cultures and languages - while the interactive material encourages active and independent learning. Children can look at various topics including history, geology, school-life, languages while the final activity 'Build an Island' consolidates their learning and demonstrates to them what they have achieved.
